Professional Experience

Since qualifying, has been involved to varying degrees in a full range of corporate law work - both advisory and transactional - on behalf of both listed and private companies and financial institutions, most of which have been UK-based but has been exposed to cross-border deals and spent a year on secondment with the Polish Ministry of Privatisation. Has had historically strong connections in the technology transfer marketplace, especially the commercialisation of IP generated within Imperial College.
